As a gatekeeper of their intranet, I was part of the team that developed and implemented TW's online strategy in line with the company's overall goals. Using Sharepoint, CSS and HTML, I designed and maintained their pages ensuring all texts and graphics adhered to editorial guidelines. I provided strategic direction during their content migrations which helped minimize disruptions for its users. I conducted monthly training sessions for staff members on how to best utilize our pages in everyday business practice and was a member of the team that created and monitored TW posts on internal and external social media.
- Collaborated with topic experts on writing materials, producing graphics, and designing web pages for “Vantage,” TW’s intranet.
- As Team Leader, served as liaison between TW leadership and IT to ensure the content migration of their pages from Documentum to Sharepoint carried on with minimal editorial and technological disruption.
- Managed front end developers in charge of maintaining TW’s Brokerage and Insurance Consulting lines of businesses.
- Improved on a regular basis our “Vantage” pages by analyzing and implementing changes based on findings from usability studies.
- Created and monitored rich media content on TW pages on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and LinkedIn as part of our Hootsuite Team.
- Enhanced our pages by producing rich, social media such as blogging, videos and audio clips for “Vantage.”
- Ensured our staff members from Admins to C-level executives were up to date with our intranet campaigns by conducting monthly training sessions for new and current staff members.
- Improved the search of our intellectual property and thought leadership by tagging them thoroughly when  submitting them to our Document Submission Tool.
- Increased the online visibility of our Vice President by creating and editing “What’s New” e-newsletter.  Published in a magazine format, this interactive online publication highlighted the latest news and trends that have happened within the TW community on a monthly basis.
